Beachside, Family-friendly, WiFi, 6 berth caravans

Property was not far out of Skegness so very lovely ideal decking as well, had everything you needed in there, very well equipped.

Was a little dated but for the price and last minute was absolutely perfect for what we needed. One other negative, the linen cost!

Too small, my fault that, everything you need tho, best for a couple, not for kids, very small

Location brilliant pub over the road from site a few minutes walk to shops & market at fancy island. Caravan pet friendly. Easy access right near the entrance. Tv and dvds for the kids Very quiet site and so close to the beach with a cafe at top of the site a little shop on site which is very cheap everyone seamed friendly. WiFi we didn't use this as we have data but it is a nice thing if you need it. Table and chairs outside. Microwave works didn't use the cooker we ate out.

Caravan not so clean dirty plates and cutlery not an issue rewashed them but broken knifes in drawns. Table very wobbly was scared it was going to brake. Dirty socks under the bed and odd earings left on floor toys left under the sofa for previous guests. Ants not many but seen a few on side and 1 in the fridge. Beds uncomfortable and squeaky every moment had me awake tried sofa not great. Very cold in bedrooms even with the heater on at night. There's a fire thats didn't work but there was a heater in living room. Massive hole under the sofa found it hilarious when hubby sat there and fell into it 😂😂 Curtain hard to shut and very light so light comes in first thing. Kettle full of lime scale made 1 brew and had lots of lime scale in it never used again. It is cheap and it is pet friendly you get what you pay for. Could be a really nice caravan with a little update and some basic repairs!!
