The caravan was in an ideal location,right near the beach,it was clean and really comfortable it was also pet friendly which was great for us.The price was really good for 1night in August.would definitely book again,The hosts were fab,messaging us with check in details and replying really quick when we had questions thanks so much.
We went to the wrong site,we didn’t realise there were two parts to Sealands could do with saying on the same side as butlins,we came in from fantasy island ,we saw sealands pub and thought it was the site we were on hope this helps.

Great location and felt secure on site. Patio area was a nice addition to sit in the sun and we had great communication with the hostss throughout. Supriingly, the cooker was really good in comparison to others we've used in the past. Shower was good and always hot.
Caravan is a little worse for wear. We had issues with ants and the fridge kept freezing our food over night (even on lowest setting) meaning we had to throw things away due to it being frozen and thawed multiple times.
