Big and spacious caravan, lovely owners. We had an issue with the tv and they came straight over with their own tv in hand! Only 10 minute walk from fantasy island. The Sealands family bar opposite was also great for our 2 year old. The beach is a 2 minute walk with a lovely cafe on the beach itself next to sealands. Very convenient.
The decking could do with being refurbished or cleaned. The television wasn’t great but to be honest it’s not something we’re using much when away so was not fussed! For the price of this caravan. I simply cannot complain. Thank you for the stay.

The gas connected would have been good, no heat or hot water til early on 2nd day. 2 of child mattresses not comfy , could feel all the springs

The location was good for us for a 3night break. The bedding was clean the caravan was tidy.
Caravan needed small improvements due to the age. We informed the owners who said they would rectify the issues we raised at the time.
