Excellent communication from the host throughout our stay also regarding moving us to another caravan due to issues beyond there control. Hot water issue which he dealt with quickly and efficiently. The caravan was lovely and clean. Plenty of storage throughout the caravan. You can park your car outside the caravan. It was 2 minute walk to the beach with a cafe. You can catch a bus just outside site for skegness or for Fantasy island or 10 minute walk . The site is very quite and would definitely stay here again
My only issue was remove unused duvets and pilliow out of the wardrobe, The main bedroom is very small and my husband struggle to get changed . Suggestion :, lamp in the lounge and bedroom , update curtains throughout. The decking and steps needs some attention. outside light

Location
The bed settee was very uncomfortable and needed updating plus there was a broken piece of wood and the seating had a broken piece just where your legs rested, plus may I suggest that the whole seating be updated to be more comfortable other than that it's was wonderful stay.

We made our own breakfast, the kitchen was well equipped, and was the best location

I slept in the lounge to avoid this went home a day early
Decoration is a bit tired and worn would suggest replacing carpet in bed rooms with laminate otherwise not bad for the price
