About this cabin rental
Set within Butlins Skegness Resort, this caravan offers a home-from-home base for families looking to enjoy everything the seaside has to offer. With space for up to eight guests and a welcoming policy for pets, it's designed for those who want the buzz of resort life alongside the comfort of their own private space.
IMPORTANT:
Butlins wristbands are NOT included in the price and will have to be purchased separately.
These are compulsory for all guests and must be ordered before arrival as they are not available on arrival without pre-booking.
Butlins charge 12 different prices for these and vary with the length and time of your break.
In general, Peak prices (school holidays) are
Adult (15 & over) 3-4 nights £40
Adult (15 & over) 5-7 nights £50
Child (14 and below) 3-4 nights £25
Child (14 and below) 5-7 nights £30
Infants below 2 on arrival FREE
Adult only big weekenders £45
SECURITY BOND
A Refundable £100 security bond will also be required. This is returned to you within 7 days of leaving if there is no damage.
If your wristbands have not been ordered and the required information provided AND payment received WITHIN 3 days of arrival, Butlins will make a £45 "Late booking" booking charge which is added to the wristband cost. this means that if you are arriving on Friday then the wristbands need to be ordered by 5pm Tuesday to avoid this charge (if you are arriving Monday then this needs to be by Friday 5pm)
Bedrooms:
The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second and third bedrooms each have two single beds - great for children sharing or spreading out. A sixth bed is available in the form of an additional double, offering flexibility for larger groups or families.
Bathrooms:
The cabin has two bathrooms. The first features a walk-in shower, and the second provides additional convenience during busy mornings.
Living Area:
- Relax in front of the television after a day at the beach or exploring the resort
- A game console keeps younger guests entertained on quieter evenings
- The dining table is a natural gathering point for meals and games
- A portable fan helps keep the space comfortable during warmer months
Kitchen:
The kitchen has everything you need for home cooking, including a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, Air-Fryer and kettle. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses are all provided, so you can settle in and start preparing meals right away. A toaster and all the essentials make breakfast easy before heading out for the day.
Outdoor Space:
- A patio offers a spot for alfresco dining when the weather's on your side
- Step outside the patio doors with your morning coffee or gather for an evening meal in the fresh air
Practical Details:
Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Early check in and late check out may be available on request.
Children and infants are welcome, and the cabin is equipped with a highchair and travel cot to make family stays easier. Pets are welcome too, so your four-legged friends can join the adventure. Smoking is not permitted. Group bookings are not accepted.
