It was very spacious for my one year old daughter
and it was very close to everything
The cot bed for my daughter wasn’t very good for her because it kept collapsing whenever i put her in it

Caravan is clean and all kitchen appliances are new and clean.
We got all we need!!
The location is very good! So close to fantasy Island and Butlins, just by walk about 5 mins. Save our money of bus.

Excellent location with plenty to do, 2 minutes walk to beach, 5 minutes to fantasy island. Host brilliant very easy to get in touch with, since organise last minute.
