The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the grounds were tidy and well maintained. The accommodation was clean and welcoming also.

Booked for 4 adults and 2 children Stayed 1 night only Way to small for 6 people .

curtains had stains and was dirty and the curtain net was ripped and dirty. the sofa smelled and not in a good way, barely any utensils to cook with, frying pan was basically unusable. No wifi unless you want to pay for it which is stupid. tv was broken (there was a bright light close to the middle of the tv) but usable. back of the remote was broken. no leaflets to know what is going on around the holiday park and in ingoldmells. No sugar and no condiments. For what we paid (£400 odd) this was a terrible stay and we will NOT be staying again.

Was a nice caravan but small wouldn't recommend if its for 6 adults as would be in each others way. Was very clean other than one fault i found which was a long hair in cutlery drawer but is something what was just missed. A few aged related marks in caravan but overall had a hood stay.

Not told by Expedia that I needed to bring linen so slept with just mattress protector and a duvet , they had cut the grass and as it had been raining we were bringing into caravan every day so not good only found heating in bedroom on last day as was not told where it was curtains in lounge area was ripped , shower not very hot and the tray was slippery almost fell needs handles inside to hold onto

Park was lovely and quiet, clean and had kerb appeal. Caravans were nice, ours was slightly dated but still comfortable.

Had to leave early due to food poisoning and severe sickness. The fridge freezer in the caravan kept defrosting and re freezing the freezer food and get freezing the fridge food making it go off. Holidaying with a baby made it near impossible to give him a healthy diet. We were all the hit with a sickness bug. The bed was uncomfortable and the soft play section in the bar/restaurant on sight was uncomfortable to be in. There was a women ‘working’ in there but she was just sat at the top of the equipment with a child on their tablet making my son not feel comfortable enough to go up there and pass her. We got a carvery on the sunday which was cold by the time we were back at the table.

Horrible place. If you have a disability this isnt the place for you staff are rude and dont help. Only rush to do things when it comes to tryung to get you to leave the caravan please go eslewhere
