Clean comfortable good location great clubhouse for food a nice site

It was clean and comfortable and good location

There wasn’t any heating apart from a fire in lounge and a heater in bedrooms they did a job but felt having leave a fire on at night wasn’t the best

Furniture badly stained frying pan not clean. Payed extra for bedding . Beds not even made up for our arrival badly smelling toilet. And such a long distance to walk from main gate to caravan and as for club house the prices was well over the top. No wonder there was hardly anyone in there

location was good , I would also like to say the staff at the park and at Woody`s were excellent .. The food and service was fast and well worth the price , in short I have not a single complaint !!

It would have been nice to have an area where one could smoke with ashtrays provided !! I understand the no smoking rule in and around the caravans and accepted this but a small smoking area would have been a bonus !!

Incurred taxi and transport costs for the whole stay

Booking.com shows this site at the time on a map over 2 miles away from its actual location. That destroyed the whole stay.

Booking.com say the written address was ok but do not acknowledge the map was wrong. The site said not their problem as its a booking.com issue and tough luck on that one

Lovely caravan park, great value for money

The site was well Maintained and the staff were very welcoming and helpful Well stocked morrisons daily on site and a nice pub/restaurant (Woodys) serving meals snack and drinks and also had entertainment and a lovely beer garden with a play park

The location was great for all amenities, the caravan was very spacious and warm, the staff were very polite and helpful and the park was very clean. We liked it that much we are going back in October.

The receptionist turned my wife away stating that the booking we had was with a private owner, then after 4 unanswered phone calls drove around for a 4G connection to find out another number to ring and very helpful lady put us on to another ref number then I went in and shown her the ref no and got my keys Total shower of useless
