Good location, site was quiet and clean ,close to the beach,
Maybe the 10 minute walk to fantasy island but that's what I expected

Just a nice caravan with everything you could need.
Hot water didn't get particularly warm.

First thing is the doors the room door would not lock or unlock properly, toilet seat kept falling off. The matteress were so thin on the beds and sofa cushion too. The shower was barely warm, the electric kepting trying it was a nightmare TBF i would not advise anyone to book 142 sealands
