We had amazing stay my little one didn’t want to leave

Caravan was excellent, brilliant location, close to all the amenities, Andy and sarah were brilliant hosts, pilot light went out on boiler, rang Andy and he got someone out straight away, brilliant thankyou. We would not hesitate to book Andy and sarahs caravan again, wen we come back we had a great time, thankyou to you both.

The bed was very comfy, kept clean inside, everything worked as it should.

Lovely location

No tin opener, no tea towel to dry up with and damp/cold in double bedroom , was due to stay 2 nights but only stayed 1 night as it was too cold in the bedroom

it was cold ( no central heating ) damp and dirty . In this day and age I didn’t expect to feel like I was roughing it in the 70s . Caravan needs lots of TLC and investing in a good central heating system . my family were unhappy . I asked to change it . a member of staff said they had 67 caravans and not one was offered as an alternative

It's close to the main attractions

The boiler want on when got there so had no hot water for 2 days. There is mould on the walls near the windows and want very clean. Was crumbs on the settee when we got there and toilet in the main bathroom stinks. Obviously the drainage

The location was perfect the caravan was ok for the money

When we got there we were left sitting in carpark in the car I had to contact them to see when we could get in caravan was told would get code within the hour waited till after 2 still didn't here anything so phoned back was told someone had to go get another card as other one was gone it was after 3 when someone came the cleaners had gone home so the lady was trying to clean caravan on her own she said she was embarrassed because this had happened the next day we went to use microwave and someone dinner was still in it on the plate

Family of 8 stayed 29th to 31st October 2021, lovely caravan with good facilities liked the fact it has 2 toilets. Easy to find and so close to the shops etc. Couldn't fault a thing. Lovely large veranda with plenty of seats.

A lovely week and the weather was kind to us!

Location is perfect, near the entrance to KIngfisher, however it can be noisy on a night with the music from BJ's. This was not an issue for us but be warned if you like peace and quiet on a night. Massive veranda which we were able to enjoy in the lovely weather we were fortunate to have. Checking in was smooth, van easy to find with map sent by owner.

As caravan is pet friendly we had to hoover the pet hairs off the sofa when we arrived. The furnishings are a little tired and worn and there is black mould on the window seals which triggered my asthma. Shower is difficult as either scalding or freezing, no in between. The gas fire had been insepcted and condemned two days before our stay, fortunately we didnt need it or the electric heater that was plonked in front of it. Carpet is stained and has small tears in places. Overall, if you are wanting an 8 berth pet friendly van then its reasonably priced and in a great location.

Absolutely brilliant and beautiful caravan and location

It was absolutely brilliant and such a beautiful caravan and location. My little sons first holiday and our first as a family. We will definitely be coming back again in the future. Thankyou so much

The kettle didn't work. And even though we found the campsite ok, we weren't met by anyone and drove round the carpark for nearly an hour as we couldn't find our caravan. We eventually found a map on site followed it and found our caravan
