Perfect location and very roomy caravan

In a perfect spot just across the road from fantasy island and very near the front of the site (2nd row back) near four winds pub and the little market Lovely lay out of the van and added bonus i didn't realise had central heating, which with a 2 year old a night the weather dipped we had this on for her a bit All amenities you could think of and great pots n pans, usually you get rubbish non stick but these were good firestick for tv options was great to and with free WiFi Good communication from the host also and on day return of deposit We would stay here again

The outer could have done with a little tick as the veranda was very bouncy and the lock on the gate the 2 year old could open but we wernt.out there as wasn't warm enough Could be a little more attention to detail on the cleaning as the ceiling fan had quite a bit of dust hanging and a few cobwebs to ceiling but nothing that bothers us

Proximity to all amenities.

Had to clean the kitchen, pots and cutlery also shower room toilet before use. Too many air fresheners. Uncomfortable sofa. Price.

location was perfect .self catering ate out

the confusion at the start of our holiday .about the £100 deposit . if ide have known there was a deposit to be paid when i booked i would have paid it at the time of booking as i did pay in full . .i was told that ide been emailed prier to our stay that you wanted a deposit but as my computer was down as i tryed to explain i dident know untill we arrived at the caravan site . and found we could not get in . and their was no phone number to contact you . we tryed to email you but had no reply . but we went to the site office and they gave me your number , you did not answer . but you did call me back . we explained that we count not get in . you said you would not let us in with out not paying the deposit . we offered to give you our bank card details but you said no . we could not go to the bank as it was a sunday , we offered to leave the £100 deposit with the sight manager . you refused that as well . and you got quite stroppy . and you seemed quite willing to let 3 pensioner laddies with know were to sleep .but eventually you did let us in .
