Brilliant Value, well loved caravan.
The property was incredible value for money. The communication with the owner was absolutely fabulous. Obviously a very well loved and used family caravan. Absolutely everything you could need/want and more! Everything from utensils, tea, coffee, heaters, fans, air fryer, hair dryer, iron. Everything you can think of was there.
Unfortunately there were a few issues, broken windows that had been taped together, windows that didn’t open. The oven was broken with a sign saying it couldn’t be used as was awaiting repair. There was a very strong smell of dogs in the property…but as a pet friendly property maybe we should have expected that. The caravan is tired but that’s reflected in the price.

Skegness is a typical working class sea side resort with good prices and good beaches and friendly.
Pretty much has everything you would need minus Wi-Fi but we managed OK with our internet data on our phones. Skegness is a typical working class sea side resort with good prices and good beaches and friendly people.
The cleaner didn't get rid of everything that previous guests had left. A caravan behind ours had quite rude guests that were up arguing at 6am very loud and swearing a lot when they had kids around them. I did think the lady who works in the main desk of the Caravan site was a little rude as well but most of our experiences here were pretty positive.
