The host was really great at communicating and keeping me in the loop even with the last minute booking! The van itself was very modern and well decorated, very looked after and pretty clean, there were lots of kitchen ware and lovely touch with the air fryer. Location was pretty good too!
Few little things really, light in bathroom was broken, couldn't get the hob to work but that could've just been us, could do with some staples like salt and pepper within the van, a toilet brush in bathroom Also one bigger suggestion, it would be really nice to have had a fob for the site gates included on the keys for the van as it would make the accessability much better. Also could probably do with an update of the sofa/bench seat cushions aha they were a little worn in the middle

Caravan was lovely and spacious enough for us, very close to beach and cafe, shop and laundrette on site too

Was close to the entertainment
Only one door had a step. And we only got told as we had arrived that no bedding or towels were supplied. Also no tea towels.
