Very bad experience

Nothing to like as we didn't get to stay there as it was cancelled on the day of staying. Very poor communication when trying to get a refund.

Booking got cancelled whilst we was on route to the caravan,no communication when trying to contact the owner. There was no refund even after contacting owner and booking.com. contacted booking.com by phone,now they are investigating and hopefully we will get a full refund.

Good location

Glad we was only there for the night as it was dirty. Pillows were old haven’t been changed years. There were stains on the mattress protectors which was either dried urine or sweat either way they were all disgusting and the quilts also had stains all over them they were just dirty. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly there was still specks of poo on there. The floor hadn’t been cleaned properly either it was full of dirt. The sofa area stunk of something. It just didn’t smell clean at all. Marks on all the walls & grease marks above the oven. We arrived at 12 as it did say early check in included on the booking in included extras but when we arrived we was told check in was at 2 which isn’t good and the caravan wasn’t ready as the cleaner hadn’t finished. But after seeing it the place wasn’t even clean. Not happy I paid 121.50 just for 1 night with the caravan in the condition it was in. Wouldn’t stay again.

Absolutely terrible.

Close to fantasy island.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Worst caravan I've ever stayed in. The place is disgusting. Thick muck on the floor. Was sauce smeared across the floor. Urine or sweat stains, who knows on the duvets. Pillows have never been changed. Marks all over the walls. Hot water didnt come on in sink. Tv stopped working on the morning after. Oven didnt work, to be told it just needs a lighter (non smokers) and a "im so sorry lol" from the owner after buying frozen food to cook that evening. Told the owner we wanted a night refunding as we were going to leave the next day and have had nothing back and now messages ignored. Will be going through the bank to claim all money back. Owner very defensive and thinks you did the mess yourself. Be warned!

Family holiday say

It was in a prime location, a few minutes to walk to the beach. The caravan was perfect for what we needed communication from the owner was fantastic.

Was close to the entertainment

Only one door had a step. And we only got told as we had arrived that no bedding or towels were supplied. Also no tea towels.

Lovely caravan to have a few nights away in.

Great owner and great communication with anything we needed or updating about things in the van. Perfect for what we needed. We fit 4 adults and 3 children comfortably. Close to the beach, fantasy island, butlins, on site shop and laundrette.

Run down doss house AVOID!!

Caravan is run down and filthy. We had dirty cups, cutlery, bedding. The owner couldn't care less. Also they give you double quilts for single beds. So all the bedding we brought was too small. Shower tray is rotten and cracked. One door doesn't have step and opens to a sheer drop.

Thought as a last minute booking it be lovely

Didn't have key code to start with thought nothing of it after contacting owner and got key code, walk in into caravan to start looked okay but after walking through has covers over seats that are half put together and one side was missing at top and just showed the original orange, walking through more, bulbs not working, clock don't work just little things that didn't bother us then, no space in single beds between them, then comes the cooker very old and some gas hobs do not work, faulty gas heater and knob loose, dirt on floor and looked like popcorn, handles to doors on inside of rooms fall off in your hand, also has a very bad water leak under main sink and looks like been leaking for long time from main water pipe as really rotten and leaks out underneath, it's had a cheap paint in all honesty to make it look nice, I have stayed in better caravans for less, also had a issue with owner after leaving key in key safe box to have him saying I hadn't, trying to scam me out of another £100 stay away lots better caravans and never had these issues before in any of our holidays. This is the first bad review I have ever wrote and wish I never have to again, took complaint to booking.com who tried to resolve issue with caravan owner but no reply from owner, he told me he was going to charge me £100 for apparently leaving no key when I had in the safety box, very rude on phone and definitely deserve apology as no reply from him saying that I had left key and he obviously has found the key in its box, not put me off caravan holidays as this the first bad experience however in future I will video arriving and the state it may be in or problems and leaving in future as to how I leave it.
