Great location. The house exceeded our expectations massively. Everything in the house was of a good standard. Plus there were a number of nice little extra touches that elevated the experience.
The beds were a little soft for us but that's purely a personal preference only. Nothing else needed to be improved

The property is a great location for exploring Colchester, located near the city centre in a quiet area. It is an easy walk into the city centre. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, leading to very nice outdoor garden space, in which we ate some of our meals. The use of the private off street parking space was brilliant.

Perfect for what we needed as just a short drive from both the station and the university. Beautiful, clean house, walking distance from the town centre and castle. Nice selection of coffees, teas, biscuits etc. Little patio area with brand new furniture and parasol. Dart board in the dining room which was lots of fun! Little tesco express just a couple of minutes walk away. Check in and out was easy as there was a key safe.
I'm guessing the garden is next on the owner's to do list. It feels like the house has been recently updated and everything is beautiful but the overgrown garden lets it down a bit. Having said that, the patio area where we could sit and have breakfast was absolutely fine.

Clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could hope for, the beds were great and the towels fluffy.
The only thing I would have liked was some guidance on how to use the tv and washing machine and where the recycling should go. The garden could be great, but needs a lot of work.
