Main double bed mattress wasn't very comfy - The parking - having a permit was great and the communication around this was great but we did struggle to get parked outside the cottage - it may have been because it was the end of the christmas/new year holidays and there were more cars than usual which is beyond the owners control

Strongly recommend
Very high standard in recently refurbished cottage. Very good location in Wivenhoe with eating and drinking establishments close.
Unfortunately there were a few teething problems likely due to me one of, if not the, first tenants. One of the locks was stiff and difficult to indo and the broadband line had a fault. These are easily dealt with and unlikely to be an issue moving forward.
