Really quiet neighbourhood, Sainsbury local only 8 minute walk away, comfortable and well equipped with a fully enclosed garden perfect for our dog
No live TV, only streaming, which was ok but unexpected. Overall the place was very clean but some drawers and cupboards in the kitchen could have done with a bit more attention

What a wonderful find for our family Christmas get together. The house was located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac approximately 10/15 minute walk to the city centre, parking directly outside, with clear access instructions sent from the owner. The property was spotlessly clean, full range of kitchen and bathroom accessories, and beds to sleep 5, with an extra double sofa bed, sleeping a maximum of 7. The owner also provided tea, coffee, biscuits etc, and other unexpected condiments, plus the addition of a Christmas tree which was very welcome suprise!
I was told the sofa bed was not that comfortable. The only thing missing from the kitchen was a cafetiere, or fresh coffee machine so will bring my own next time.

Very clean well presented. Hosts was very friendly and couldn’t have done more. Lots of amenities so didn’t have to worry that you forgot anything. Would definitely stay again! Nice quiet area.
