We loved all of the very thoughtful little touches. We were pleasantly surprised to see that Isabella had provided us all with miniature toiletries and a chocolate on our beds. Very sweet.

Lovely house with great amenities and good location.

Lovely small house with all amenities you need for a stay. Host was communicative and helpful - left us a travel cot out for the toddler in our party. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was warm. I would say note the stairs are very steep if you have small children to ensure that doors are shut :)

Only thing I could critique would be a door handle was broken but really not an issue.

Great location for a stay in the heart of Colchester, ideal for a family.

Location was perfect for our needs. Our stay was for a family gathering and the property was exactly what we needed for 5 people. Communication with Isabella was excellent at all times, agreeing to a later checkout was particularly useful.

the TV set up was a little frustrating, but managed and not a huge problem. the downstairs bathroom wasn’t ideal but again we managed just fine 😀

Lovely house within walking distance of the town centre. All you need for a great stay in Colchester

The house is really sweet and exactly as expected. Very clean. Lovely rooms, with traditional Victorian features, yet modern. Quirky decoration with great colours. Would definitely book again.

The staircase/stairs are very steep so it might not suit someone with walking difficulties. Also the only toilet is downstairs in the bathroom. But otherwise, we loved it.
