It was a great stay. We would definitely use this property again!

The host was very kind and was easy to contact! Her responses were always quick and provided great advice when needed. The area was very clean and the host even provided and extra set of linens because of the length of our stay.(She also offered cleaning if we wanted). Clear instructions were left of how to utilize everything around the property which was greatly appreciated.

The stay was great. The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the water. It was hard for the whole family to get ready all at once when needing to leave as the water couldn’t be used in two areas at once. For e.g. if I needed to take a shower, my mother couldn’t bathe or run the water at the same time as me. However the host sent over a plumber immediately and it made the water pressure a bit better.

Exceptional

A comfortable base in Colchester in a quiet estate. We stayed there last year and decided to come back again without looking for an alternative accommodation. We will go back. The house is well equipped and has everything you need. The landlady is amenable to additional requests. 10 out of 10.
