Disappointed.

Location was okay.

Disappointed – Not Worth the Price I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this one is deserved. The apartment in Colchester was a letdown from the moment we arrived. It was not clean – there were stains on the furniture, dust in corners, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t had a proper deep clean in a while. For the price we paid, I expected much better. It felt like poor value overall – definitely not up to the standard advertised on Booking.com. Would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Pleasant Stay - would definitely recommend

A very nice apartment where the Host took some time and effort to make it comfortable. Great communication and easy Check in, the host was always available for my questions and had great recommendations for the City. The Apartment has all the equipments you need for your stay. Definitely will be coming back :)

Last minute bank holiday booking so happy overall

Ollie was very helpful, reactive and accommodating. The flat was very clean and spacious. The flat was ideally located near the town centre. A hairdryer was kindly provided following our request. Also we were allowed to leave our luggage in the flat on the last day before the next check-in.

The flat is near a busy road so it is quite noisy. However the windows are double glazed and keep the flat relatively quiet. As it is a flat, I think there could be some cooking essentials available (oil, condiments, tea, coffee). Internet kept dropping off in the late afternoon/evening. Finally, there is not much natural light in the flat but the ceiling lights can feel a bit aggressive particularly the neon in the kitchen/loving room.

Plusieurs déchirures importantes sur le lino du salon Tâches sur la moquette et chaises Frigidaire beaucoup trop petit car logement initialement prévu jusqu'à 6 personnes et même si nous n étions que 2 ,pas pratique du tout Aucune pression dans la douche Matelas défoncé et donc très inconfortable Propreté limite sauf pour le linge de lit et les serviettes de bain 2 lampes de chevet mais une seule avec ampoule Un sac poubelle , provenant sûrement des anciens clients était resté dans l' entrée du logement De ce fait le tarif demandé nous a semblé un peu trop élevé au vu des prestations
