Next to a bus stop line to city center and university, walking distance to historic center. It has a small backyard. Clean and well equipped. Spacious related to local standards.
Situated on a relatively frequent street. No A/C (but there are mobile fans).

Perfect location
The owners were lovely and helpful. I had a challenge and notwithstanding they helped me feel comfortable and made it a happy experience for me.
