Good location . Gret easy parking. Good breakfast. Great friendly cat mascot.

Room was good for one night for a family of three but on floor 5 with no lift. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel does not offer dinner on a Friday night.

Disappointing after a long day travelling

No restaurant. We thought we were booking a hotel with restaurant only to find, after completing the booking, that the restaurant was not open.

Fair for the price.

Beds where very comfortable, breakfast was good, room was heated perfectly.

We expected to eat at the restaurant when we arrived on Saturday, we were told the restarant was closed at the weekend and this information was on the website, I still cnnont find where, having a restaurant was one of the main reasons why we booked this hotel. Tea, coffee and bicuits where not replenished the next morning and bins where not emptied.

Friendly staff and convenient for onward travel to the motorway.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, but they put us in a room for a disabled person with a wheel chair. So was hoping it wasn't needed as the hotel was full.

The wet area is okay for what it was intended for (a wheel chair), but the water spread into the room, which my husband slipped on, luckily he fell on the bed. The room was at the side of the building so we only had a wall as a view. But as it was only for one night it was okay.

Pleasant with friendly staff

There was good parking, reception staff were welcoming and friendly. We had dinner there and the food was good as was the service. The room was comfortable and clean.

No complaints at all. We were on the top floor so a lift would be nice!

Not the expected start to a tour

It was convenient to find and there was ample parking. The bar at least had beer and wine.

The restaurant was closed and the hotel had no alternative options other than telling us to order Uber Eats. The whole place could do with a full make over as other Kyriad's have had and the decorating was not up to expected standards. The breakfast was average. The location was on the outskirts of town so even when we did get foor delivered it was cold!

Excellent value for money. Breakfast was very good - lots of choice and plenty to help yourself to. A bit out of town but really convenient for access to the A20.

The kettle in the room with the complimentary tea and coffee was a welcome surprise The cleanliness was exceptional and the Wi-Fi was excellent.
