Friendly welcome, staff very pleasant. Spacious room. Room and bathroom clean. Hotel and room air conditioned. Good breakfast, items kept stocked up and breakfast area cleaned as guests left. Hotel next door to EV charging compound. Supermarket nearby.

Excellent and good priced hotel

Room was spacious, bathroom again adequate. The bed very comfy and generous size. Air conditioning was very welcome as the outside temp was 30 degrees. The only downside was no USB port to charge my phone. Breakfast cost very reasonable with varied choices. I would stay again.

Great hotel for a family to overnight

It was good value for money and a convenient place to overnight. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. The staff was helpful.

I did not receive my facture on email as I was told I would. The Wifi was not very good (I had to ask twice to be logged back in). WhatsApp and Messenger were blocked by establishment.

Good value budget hotel in handy location.

very clean and comfortable. conveniently located minutes from the A20. Decent breakfast and room big enough for us and our two pets. The bed was very comfortable. Although dinner was not available there is a Buffalo Grille nearby and the give 10% discount to hotel guests upon showing key card.

the room we had was at the end of the property and suffered a little noise from the road and outside works (there is a Chausson plant nearby)

It’s okay that about some it up

Are room was fine it was clean and comfortable and the Wi-Fi was good ok for a one night stay breakfast poor

The hotel offers rooms at 59 euros but when we arrived they changed to 69 euros even though it still had the price at 59 euro on their advertising board. The breakfast was very poor not worth the money I would say it was the worst I’ve ever had in France

Some difficuly finding on a large trading estate. The street name is the same as one in the middle of Chateauroux which is where satnav took us!! No instructions to help us.

It's basic but there are better ways to do basic

The staff felt a bit dismissive when I asked for ice to cool my little boys milk. They don't do that apparently. The room smelt a bit musty and is very dated. The bathroom has taken a beating and the water doesn't get very hot. There are no fridges in the rooms, the vending machines only take cash no cards. No kettle or drinks making facilities that I could discern.

Great access to motorway.

Access to motorway was excellent. Exactly what we expected from a chain hotel on a retail park. Convenient for supermarket fuel fill up.

We arrived early and were asked to come back in 2 hours. Can’t believe no room was already ready. I know that’s the rule but.... Quite a way out of town and, though not down to the hotel, Châteauroux was not an attractive place.
