Very poor

There is a smell of smoke in the room, which completely disgusting and not worthy in the year 2023. We travel a lot to France and always stay in the neighbourhood of Chateauroux, this was the worse experience. The room was well cleaned, bed is ok and towels are ok.

Disappointed with cleanliness of the hotel. I feel it was well below what is expected

The hotel was unkempt and dirty, the corridors smelt of uncleanliness. Nothing was even good about the place. The fire alarm activated about midnight and seven in the morning on my stay. Nobody from the hotel or the local fire service attended on either ocassion.

Pleasant. Very comfortable bed. Laundry delivery is a problem at 05,30

The fact that we were put in room 31,which was rite next to the laundry room. And at 05,30,i was woken up by what sounded like a train passing the hotel room, and I soon realised that it was the laundry delivery. I understand that laundry must be delivered and collected, but why not have another place within the complex to store this, instead of directly next to and facing the downstairs hotel rooms. This spoiled my stay after driving over 300kms before my arrival. Other than this, my stay was pleasant.

All worked out ok in the end

The actual booking was for the Airport hotel where we had stayed a couple of weeks ago. We ended up opposite in a different Hotel .. Your receptionist didn’t make the changes fully clear and we spent ages searching for the rooms

The proximity of two different B & B's was confusing having not been made aware of it when booking. The code pad on the door of our room was not responsive, we were locked out in the freezing cold for 25 minutes.

Worth a stay!

The hotel looked new, all perfectly clean. The cleaning lady who spoke also perfect English was extremely friendly and helpful. The price is also acceptable. Will do again!

Room 57 was not easy to find and as a first time user of b&b checking in late was not simple 😉

A good functional room for an overnight stop at a competitive price

The location is great for and overnight stop when travelling to (or from) the southwest of France or northeast Spain. The rooms are functional, clean and have the basics (including wifi). For the price they are fine. Unlike some of these semi-automated hotels, there are plenty of places nearby to eat. Also, some green space nearby to exercise the dog. We didn't try the breakfast. The room was at least ten euros cheaper than the other basic hotels in the vicinity. A point to note - there are two hotels of the same chain opposite each other, but they are run separately. So, make sure you go to the right one! We did not but the man on the end of the intercom was extremely helpful and put us right.

There was a bit of early morning road noise from vehicles moving back onto the autoroute after their overnight stop, but we were on the road side of the hotel. I would think that this wouldn't be a problem for the rooms on the other side. Some soap that was not in a shower dispenser would have been nice.

Staff extremely unfriendly, even though the reception was closed she tried to deny me use of the check-in machine so she could do something to it. It was still working btw as I managed to sneak round her as she gossiped with another person. Bathroom was filthy, the shower sprayed water off to the side from a broken hose and the toilet wasn't attached to the floor properly. The room smelled and the door didn't close properly due to what looked like numerous break ins. The machine operating woman was nowhere to be seen when I went to ask for another room so I was forced to sleep on someone else's dirt for a few hours. The room was also extremely noisy due to poor soundproofing. Also the door posted price list indicated the maximum price of the room was less than I paid.

Good location and easy to resume our journey the next day. Clean hotel. We arrived at midnight and were able to access the rooms fairly easily.

La proximité à la salle de concert

Le petit déjeuné qu’on a payer mais qu’on a jamais vu. Ainsi qu’un énorme soucis avec notre porte de chambre qui ne s’ouvrez pas avec le code (rester dehors à 00h) et le dernier problème étais que l’accueil n’était pas ouverte tous le long du séjour donc 0 information.

Slecht, vies hotel dat veel te veel geld vraagt voor een kleine kamer.

Het bed was wel redelijk, de douche gaf genoeg warm water en de airco koelde redelijk. Parkeren ging er ook goed. Maar dat was het wel.

Er is weinig positiefs over dit hotel te melden, onze kamer was een klein, vies hok met een versleten interieur. En dat voor echt veel te veel geld. Er zaten ook letterlijk beestjes op de kamer, een soort van kleine kakkerlakken. Ga hier vooral niet heen.

Heureusement que le personnel d'entretien, tres sympathique, nous a informées que le petit-déjeuner était à disposition dans le bâtiment alors qu'il nous avait été annoncé dans un autre B&B à proximité

Traces sombres dans la cuvette des toilettes... Pas de grille-pain ! Manque de fruits - juste des pommes
