Perfect stay

Friendly staff, smooth check in and check out. The room was perfect, clean, super comfortable beds and linen. Large smart tv allows guests to watch youtube or Netflix. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and breakfast pretty decent.

we have regularly visited the hotel twice per year and generally our stay has proved acceptable

The restaurant staff are not customer friendly, the food served at dinner has proven consistently poor. The manageress is quite haughty and doesn't take criticism well. We will not be visiting the hotel in the future for this reason

Very convenient for a stop on drive across France but not great location. Car was secured in gated car park though which

Supported our family and some other friends staying elsewhere for dinner in the restaurant without any pre-booking. Hotel room with additional sofa bed was very nice, spacious and comfortable.

The reception didn’t like something in our booking.com reservation that meant our double + sofa bed wasn’t made up in advance despite us showing 3 people in that room on the app. Eventually accommodated us but maybe we got any grade in the process because the room was very nice! The junior waiting staff in the restaurant were also very unhappy (maybe because we didn’t pre-book and we were a group of 9?), but they mixed up our order, forgot some things, didn’t attend to us so we couldn’t order more drinks etc. We gave up in the end, which was a bit sad.

Home vibes in France

I like all the rooms as I have stayed in all types, the small ones to the suites. It is so cozy, stylish with the amazing Nuxe products, beds are comfortable and in general, the hotel is clean. Feels like home. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I love to meet them all over again. Nice breakfast. Good location.

Staff were lovely Bar and on site restaurant were a bonus and the food was delicious and reasonably priced Location is close to town if you can walk but for me it was too far (.8 mile) Secure parking at 8€ a day

Well equipped rooms, confortable beds, well sound proofed - even opposite lift , never heard a thing. Great breakfast

Bottle of shampoo/shower gel fitted far too high in bathroom. No child could ever hope to reach it - and I, with shoulder problems, had a great deal of difficulty lefting my arms to use it

Great breakfast, almost seemed like good value at 16€. Quiet night’s sleep. Restaurant is ok if soulless.

Lumpy bed. Terrible pillows. Motorcycle parking charge when the single room is already £125 a night. No defined bar area or lounge.

A great choice in Châteauroux. Perfect for dog owners and families.

This is a great place to stop over on a road trip. They were very welcoming and accommodating of our family - including a dog and a toddler. The room was set up with beds for both dog and baby when we arrived - it was great. There was even special plates and cutlery provided for our daughter at breakfast. The staff were lovely.
