Location, parking for residents, fabulous room, plenty of hot water, comfortable bed, good shower, GF breakfast available.
On a busy, noisy street (but great double glazing).

The room was very clean and had almost everything we needed for our short stay. There was a fan in the room which helped manage the temperature although there were moments when it wasn't strong enough and it was getting a bit too warm. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only negative comment we have is that there was no fridge in the room so in such hot weather our drinks were immediately getting warm and we didn't have a place to store leftover food overnight.

We had a lovely friendly welcome when we first arrived, door code access was explained as we hadn’t had chance to read the arrival instructions.
Found our room easily and entered without an issue.
Very nice room, lovely comfortable bed, nicely decorated with a lovely shower room and toilet. Wash hand basin was in the main bedroom area.
Good value for money.
With the weather being so hot we slept with the window open.
Unfortunately when the kitchen fans started up for breakfast service it was a little bit loud.
Minor point I know.
