The price was very fair, the room was excellent with a very comfy bed and a good shower room/toilet. Debbie was the perfect host and I will return there next time I need accommodation in Boscombe or Bournmouth.
The off road parking area is a little cramped due to available space, is all.

The room was very clean and had all the essentials for a comfy stay. The bed was quite spacious. Debbie was kind, attentive, and helpful
We enjoyed our stay overall. Something that could be improved is a bigger fan during summer as the room felt a bit hot sometimes.

Close proximity to the beach and promenade. The Rosscourt guest house is very well located, clean and well maintained. My room was well equipped and the bed very comfortable . Helpful guidance from my hosts Debbie and Peter regarding places to visit in Bournemouth and its surroundings. Enjoyed a hearty breakfast each morning well presented. Ample parking on site. Felt very secure with CCTV in place.
