About this house rental
The charming townhouse “Strandbude” is located[nbsp] in a prime residential area above the spa gardens of Timmendorfer Strand. The Baltic Sea, the beautiful sandy beach, and the promenade, as well as the lively town center with its diverse selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops perfect for strolling, are all within easy walking distance.
A beach chair (available seasonally from mid-May to mid-September) is provided for our guests’ free use on the beach.
Pure beach vibes! The renovated Strandbude vacation home, furnished with great attention to detail, offers a wonderful beach atmosphere for a relaxing vacation near the Baltic Sea. Natural materials and the extremely tasteful furnishings of this historic building create a wonderful living atmosphere in the Hampton style. A charming living area awaits you, featuring a high-quality sofa, armchair, and XL TV. On the front terrace 1, you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine with your morning coffee. The adjoining kitchen is well-equipped, and the tastefully designed dining area serves as a gathering spot for cozy get-togethers, as does the adjoining Terrace 2, which is bathed in sunshine. The outdoor areas are furnished with patio furniture and a beach chair. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double box-spring bed (180x200), a wardrobe, and a TV, as well as another bedroom with a single bed, a small wardrobe, and a desk. In the attic (ceiling height 1.80 m), which is accessible via a space-saving staircase, there is a third bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a clothes rack on wheels. The windows in the bedrooms can be blacked out. One bathroom with a bathtub is located on the first floor, and the second bathroom with a shower is on the upper floor. Wi-Fi is, of course, available for free. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. A parking space and a lockable bike shed are right next to the house.
