About this apartment rental
The spacious luxury suite 0.04 on the first floor of the "White Pearl" spans two floors and accommodates 5 people in 106 m²—your dog is also welcome.
The lower level features two bedrooms with double box-spring beds—both bedrooms have access to the large, furnished terrace. The lower level also includes a modern bathroom with a shower and a private sauna (2.37 m × 1.19 m) in the hallway. On the first floor, you’ll find an open, well-equipped kitchenette with an adjoining dining area. The living area is rounded out by a cozy sofa that serves as an additional sleeping option, as well as armchairs. There is also a guest restroom.
A highlight of the apartment is the balcony, which allows you to enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh sea air! The apartment includes an underground parking space—you can access the underground garage from the hallway in the basement.
Complex:
The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–2019, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.
The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.
The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”
Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.
Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.
Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes; their sleeping areas are located in the basement with access to south-facing terraces.
Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new wing and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.
Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

Wir haben uns mit unserem Enkelkind sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und Ausstattung war super. Werden das Apartment weiterempfehlen und selbst aber auch wieder buchen.

Absolut perfekt!Das Apartment ist ein Traum: Groß, perfekt gelegen, absolut sauber und nach allerhöchstem Standard eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wirklich mehr als wohl gefühlt. Die gesamte Anlage der White Pearl ist wunderschön, der Empfang war herzlich und auch bei einem kleinen Missgeschick (unsere Tochter hatte den Safe neu programmiert) wurde uns direkt und unkompliziert geholfen.Zum Strand sind es ca. 100m, der Ortskern von Timmerdorfer Strand ist in 10 Gehminuten über die Promenade am Meer zu erreichen. Zum Apartment gehört ein Parkplatz in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage, außerdem eine große Terrasse und ein Balkon, der sich über die gesamte Länge des Wohnbereiches erstreckt.Der Schlafbereich befindet sich im unteren Geschoss, hier ist es herrlich ruhig und wir haben es besonders genossen, den Tag in der zum Apartment gehörenden Sauna ausklingen zu lassen.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr luxuriöse Ausstattung des Apartments 0.06, die wirklich deutlich über dem üblichen Standard einer Ferienwohnung liegt. Auch unsere Gäste waren begeistert.Insgesamt ein Urlaub der Extraklasse, den wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
