Luxury on two levels near the beach—Vacation Suite 0.06 in Timmendorfer Strand

Luxury Suite 0.06 on the first floor of the "White Pearl" spans two floors and offers 119 m² of space for 5 people—your dog is also welcome. The suite features two separate bedrooms as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps one person.

The lower level features two bedrooms with double box-spring beds. Both bedrooms have access to the large, furnished terrace with sun loungers. The lower level also includes a modern bathroom with a shower and a private small sauna (1.17 m x 1.17 m).
On the upper level, you’ll find an open, well-equipped kitchenette. The open living-dining area is separated from the kitchen by a partition wall. The living room features a sleeper sofa. There is also a guest restroom.

A highlight of the apartment is the balcony, which allows for relaxing moments in the fresh air! The apartment includes an underground parking space, which you can access directly from the hallway in the basement.


Complex:

The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been in existence since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with an underground parking garage, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, located at the main entrance on the first floor, handles check-in and provides concierge services for our guests.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes; their sleeping areas are located in the lower level with access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are built to be accessible. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

All apartments are furnished in the same style. Please refer to the respective floor plans for the layout and amenities. From 1.5-room apartments with a double bed to three-bedroom apartments, there’s something to suit every need. Thanks to the large windows and the balcony or terrace, you’ll find a light-filled apartment in every season—and depending on the location within the building, some even offer ocean views.

As the name suggests, the town of Timmendorfer Strand is located directly on the kilometer-long, white sandy beach of Lübeck Bay.

Timmendorfer Strand is one of Germany’s best-known and most popular Baltic Sea resorts, boasting excellent infrastructure.

The newly redesigned, beautiful promenade offers an impressive variety of attractive leisure activities and exclusive shopping opportunities.

The neighboring Baltic Sea resorts—both to the north (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug, Sierksdorf, Neustadt, Pelzerhaken, Rettin, Grömitz) and to the south (Niendorf, Travemünde)—expand the range of wellness and recreational experiences.

Lübeck (20 km away) and Hamburg (85 km away) are easily accessible by train or car.
