Here, up to six people will find a dream vacation home that is sure to impress—experience it for yourself.
The vacation rental features an open-concept living-dining area with an adjacent, open kitchen. The directly adjoining living room, which is also open-concept, is furnished with a high-quality sofa set and seating area and also features a flat-screen TV with smart TV capabilities. In addition, a stereo system is available for CDs, internet radio, streaming services, and Bluetooth. Furthermore, the full Sky package is provided free of charge, allowing you to watch the Bundesliga, among other things.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything a cook could wish for—a fridge-freezer combo, an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine, a toaster, and a kettle, among other items.
Bedroom I offers you an oasis of calm for restful hours with a high-quality box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a second TV with smart features. In Bedroom II, you’ll also find a high-quality box-spring bed (180x200 cm), an additional flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. Bedroom III offers two comfortable single beds (each 90x200 cm) and a third TV with smart functionality. In all three bedrooms, you’ll have plenty of space to store your luggage in the wardrobes.

The apartment complex’s shared basement features a fitness room equipped with a stepper, a rowing machine, and an exercise bike. Two additional separate rooms feature a pool table and a dartboard, respectively. In addition, the basement includes a sauna and a shower for shared use within the complex.
There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available for shared use.
Wi-Fi internet access is included in the apartment. An initial set of bed linens is also included. You can park your bicycles in the bike racks on the outdoor grounds. Two outdoor parking spaces are available for the apartment behind the building.
The building has an elevator. This is a non-smoking apartment; your dog is welcome here upon prior notice.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher).
