The Baltic Sea, the beautiful sandy beach, the promenade, and the lively Niendorf harbor are about 650 meters away and can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes.[nbsp] In addition to freshly caught fish and the most delicious fish sandwiches, there are also various restaurants and cafés, as well as a bakery, a bike rental shop, and an adventure playground.
The “Sonnendeck” vacation home features a spacious, fenced-in garden facing southwest, which guarantees complete privacy. A highlight is the stunning terrace with partial roofing and a wind-protected area, perfectly equipped with sun loungers, patio furniture, and an electric awning for relaxing outdoors. The infrared sauna, located in a separate sauna house, ensures moments of relaxation. Here you’ll find the ideal place to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. The house features two modern bathrooms, two kitchens, comfortable bedrooms with TVs, electric exterior blinds, insect screens, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth radio, and much more. A garage with an electric door provides space for a car and bicycles, as well as a charging station for e-bikes, while an additional parking space is available on the property.
The property consists of 2 residential units with separate entrances, located right next to each other. The main living unit, at approximately 75 square meters, offers ample space for a family of up to 5 people. You’ll find a light-filled living area with a beautiful view of the spacious garden; it’s furnished with a sofa and a generous dining area for shared meals, game nights, or cozy get-togethers. Amateur chefs will be delighted, as the kitchen is perfectly equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a built-in washing machine. The covered portion of the patio is directly adjacent to the kitchen, ensuring a short walk for outdoor meals. There is a small bedroom with a single bed (90x200) as well as two additional bedrooms with double beds (160x200 and 140x200), which are accessible via the bathroom. The separate studio (ceiling height 209 cm) is furnished with a sleeper sofa (140x200), a recliner, a wardrobe, a TV, and a dining area for two people.
