Perfect location but at bit pricey for a one night stay

Super location right on the sea - a bit of wind from the sea but literally 2 steps from the beach. The apartment was cute with lots of roses, perfect for two girls on tour. Small kitchen but well equipped. And we loved the fact that there was coffee! The balcony faced the street (which is warmer than on the sea) and there is excellent view of the sea from the kitchentable window. Lots of dinner options nearby and the Edeka supermarket is just at the end of the road.

We knew we had to pick up the key in a box since the reception was not open - and that was easy. But we didn't know the c-apartments are located on a side entrance and not through the main entrance, so it took us some time to figure out. That would have been easy to inform us about. For a one night stay the cleaning fee is almost as expensive as the room rental itself.

Herbst am Ostseestrand - perfekt

Perfekte Lage - direkt an der Strandpromenade. Alles, was man braucht, zu Fuß erreichbar. Schöne alte Villa, stilvoll eingerichtet. Parkplatz vorhanden ohne Zusatzkosten.

Eine sehr erholsame Woche

Schönes Gebäude und sehr nah am Strand. Aus der Tür ins Wasser. Wohnung gut ausgestattet und ruhig. Balkon zur Straße, seitlicher Meerblick. Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Auch der Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt.

Traumhafte Wohnung an Toplage

Die Villa Hansa hat uns mit einer wunderschönen Wohnung überrascht. Sie sieht genau aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist top und die Zimmer sind super eingerichtet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das unkomplizierte An- und Abreisen hat uns auch sehr gefallen.

Leider hatten wir während 2 Tagen kein warmes Wasser. Da hat uns die Kommunikation gefehlt. Als wir es bemerkten, war die Rezeption bereits zu. Anrufen wäre möglich gewesen, aber das hätte für uns (nicht Deutsche) hohe Kosten verursacht. Wir hätten uns da ein Entgegenkommen der Betreiber gewünscht, da es schon recht unangenehm war. Die Zeiten der Rezeption waren teilweise nicht die auf der Webseite. Einrichtung: Ein Schneidebrettchen wäre super gewesen. Vielleicht haben wir es aber auch nicht gesehen.

Die Villa Hansa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage ist premium, das Personal sehr freundlich und herzlich, das Apartment sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Aivan erityisen upea paikka rannalla. Yhtä kaunis kuin kuvissa. Huippusiisti ja kauniisti sisustettu. Merinäköala ruokailuhuoneesta. Tilava ja aurinkoinen parveke kadulle. Hulppea ranta kilometrien pituinen suoraan edessä. Tulemme mielellämme uudelleen.

wir kommen sehr gerne mal wieder

Das Appartment liegt direkt an der Ostsee mit einer tollen Aussicht auf das Meer. Für gehbehindete Menschen gibt es einen Aufzug, der ohne Barrieren angesteuert werden kann. Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet, es mangelt also an nichts. Es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine. Unser erster Eindruck von allem war "wauw" , was für eine tolle Unterkunft und mit so viele Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, alles geschmackvoll hergerichtet. Vom Ausbauzustand "topp", zumal das ja mal ein sehr altes Haus war. Rein äußerlich ein Traumhaus in bester Lage. Es gibt auch einen Balkon zur Straßenseite, gut ausgestattet. Sehr viele Fenster geben viel Licht und bei Hitze die Möglichkeit mal druchzulüften. Sichtschutz an den Fenstern sind auch da, allerdings sollten sich Leute eine Schlafbrille mitbringen, wegen der hellen Vorhänge. Alles war sehr sauber in der Wohnung.

Der Aufenthalt war trotzdem super schön. Wir sind seit vielen Jahren mehrfach in Timmendorf und lieben es hier einfach.

Appartment zu zweit viel zu klein. Das Bett war grauenvoll und der Kleiderschrank viel zu klein um für 2 Personen seine Kleidung vernünftig auszupacken.

Wir hatten noch nie ein so sauberes Appartement. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt an der Strandpromenade. Wenige Gehminuten zum Hafeneck- dort gibt es die besten Fischbrötchen. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder in der Villa Hansa buchen.

Romantisches Wochenende

Die Lage und insbesondere Aussicht sind unschlagbar, man muss nur wissen, dass vorbeigehende Passanten direkt ins Wohnzimmer reinschauen und jegliche (Pärchen-)Aktivitäten sehen können. Dies ist besonders "ärgerlich", da das Sofa an der Fensterfront am bequemsten ist und eine Vielzahl an Möglichkeiten bietet. Gerade für einen romantischen Urlaub sollte einem bewusst sein, dass sowohl Bett als auch Schlafsofa in gewissen Situationen eine entsprechende (laute) Geräuschkulisse auslösen. Die Einrichtung ist an sich aber gut aufeinander abgestimmt und entspricht den Eindrücken auf den Bildern. Das Meer liegt wie versprochen direkt vor einem. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig schnell erreicht. Wir hatten hier eine gute (und für vorbeigehende Passanten spannende) Zeit.

Strand- und Ostseefeeling vom ersten Augenblick an!

Die direkte Strandlage und der herrliche Ausblick entstressen sofort. Farbkonzept , Einrichtung und Stil von Möbeln, Deko und Textilien sind sehr stimmig. Durch die anheimelnd romantische Atmosphäre der Innenräume und der guten Aussicht auch für Aufenthalte in den Wintermonaten durchaus empfehlenswert.

Badezimmer (Duschmöglichkeit) teilweise ein wenig eingeengt.

Einfach toll, wie immer

Wir waren schon zum 3. oder 4. mal in der Villa Hansa. Haben immer App. C1 und ich denke das sagt schon alles. :) Wir hatten auch einen ‚kleinen‘ Notfall am Abend mit der Elektrik, durch UNSER Verschulden. Aber der Vermieter kam keine 10 Minuten später. Villa Hansa ist einfach unser 2. zu Hause.
