Die Lage und der Meerblick - wunderschön. Die Terrasse nach hintenraus auch nicht verkehrt, da dort die Sonnenseite ist und man windgeschützt ist. Von daher ziemlich gut durchdacht.
Es ist etwas dreckig und schmuddelig-leider. Wir fanden auf der Terrasse Pizza Kartons vom Vorgänger, einen Fleck auf dem Boden und naja Küche, Bad und Dusche eher mäßig geputzt. Die Wände sind abgewohnt und teilweise dreckig. Es ist sehr schade um das Objekt, denn eigentlich wirklich traumhaft schön.

Das erste was uns einfällt, ist die Lage. Die Ferienwohnung ist direkt an der Strandpromenade gelegen umgeben von Bäcker Junge, Johannsens wo man übrigens sehr verwöhnt wird und Gosch ! Auch der Bus hält direkt vor der Tür. Also die Aussicht ist super, die Ferienwohnung geräumig und die Ausstattung perfekt. Das Büro zwecks der Buchung einfach Spitze, freundlich und hilfsbereit selbst bei Überraschungen. Selbst das Wetter war für den Zeitraum super, auch wenn daran keiner etwas verbessern könnte.
Für uns war es ok, aber für manch einen wäre es nervig, das Parkticket täglich zu erneuern. Da der Pkw keinen Stellplatz am Haus hat, sondern in der Nähe auf dem Parkplatz bei Edeka stehen kann. Guter Zusatz… Man bekommt problemlos die Parkgebühr erstattet

Die Ferienwohnung ist in bester Lage, hell, freundlich, einladend, beste Aussicht, sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat nix gefehlt
