Ostsee pur rund um die Uhr

Das beste war die Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade mit Blick aufs Meer aus großen Panoramafenstern. Auch wunderbar war die Ruhe in der Unterkunft.

Viele Spinnweben, die nicht weg geputzt waren. Bei passender Windrichtung leider ziemlich intensiver Geruch nach Frittenfett in dem Apartment.

Die Lage der Wohnung war einmalig nah am Strand. Hatten jeden Tag viel zu gucken, herrlich schön zum Erholen! Würden wir wieder buchen.

Ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und konnten sogar schon etwas früher ins Haus. Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Der Blick auf die Ostsee ist traumhaft.

Schipperhus Heringskoje

Das schöne Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, großes gemütliches Bett, nette, saubere Küche mit allem was man so braucht. Die Aussicht beim Essen aufs Meer ist wirklich toll. Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut und schnell erreichbar. Interessant war, das ein Möwenpärchen jeden Morgen am Fenster stand. Scheinbar werden sie häufig von Gästen angefüttert. So nah hatten wir echte Möwen noch nie gesehen.

Das Badezimmer war doch sehr klein. Für Beleibte und Schwangere eher schwierig in die Dusche zu kommen. Das Gebäude sieht von außen nicht sehr einladend aus, auch der Eingangsbereich ist eher unattraktiv.

Entschleunigender, sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt

Lage und Blick auf die Ostsee aus der ersten Reihe direkt an der Promenade traumhaft. Niendorf hat einen ganz andern Charakter als Timmendorfer Strand, was uns persönlich besser gefallen hat. Auch die Promenade direkt am Strand mit Restaurants und Bars war super schön. Entspannte Atmosphäre.

Kleines, feines Apartment, das etwas sauberer hätte sein können. Aber wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch wenn das Haus von außen nicht schön ist, ist das Apartment selbst in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die bereits erwähnte Lage ist unbezahlbar... wenn man den Blick auf die Ostsee bucht.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Es ist eine toll gelegenes Häuschen, sehr schöne moderne Wohnungen. Mit einen fantastischen Blick auf die Ostsee, wenn man eine der drei Wohnungen Richtung Strand hat. Beim Essen direkt mit Meerblick und vom Bett aus ebenfalls. Die Zimmer liegen alle im 1 Stock. Das macht den Ausblick besonders schön.

Der Anblick von außen, könnte mal Farbe gebrauchen, aber das ist nur unsere Meinung. Da es zwischen den ganzen gehoberen Hotels steht. Und dies möchte ich erwähnen, die Fenster und Plissees dürften saubere gehalten werden, gerade wegen den tollen Blick.

Die Lage war super. Direkt am Strand. Bäcker, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet. Mit Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Sodastream….. Die Aussicht aufs Meer war super. Von der Wohnung aus konnten wir Sonnenaufgänge und -untergänge beobachten. Traumhaft

Nett, direkte Strandlage, die Lage der Wohnung auch sehr gut.

Beim abholen des Schlüssels waren wir sehr nett empfangen. Der nette Herr war sehr freundlich,hat uns alles sehr nett erklärt, danke;). In der Unterkunft angekommen, Gepäck , Fahrräder abgeladen und mussten das Auto erstmal eine Straße weiter Parken, denn nicht alle Wohnungen haben ein Parkplatz auf dem Gelände der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und gemütlich eingerichtet , alles noch ziemlich neu.

Ein Punk- Der Fußboden war wohl schlecht oder garnicht gesaugt, überall auf dem Boden lagen noch Hundehaare, die wir dann auf unseren Socken hatten, das war nicht so schön Aber alles andere war sauber

Direkt am Strand und sehr modern.

Lage: direkt an der Strandpromenade. Von der Küche und auch vom Schlafzimmer ist das Meer zu sehen. Die Ausstattung ist überragend. Das Bett ist ein sehr komfortables Boxspringbett.

Das Badezimmer war nicht geräumig. Im Verhältnis zur sonst ausgesprochen großen Wohnung ist das Bad doch eher klein.

Schwach Küche nicht nutzbar in der Dämmerung

Der Meerblick aus dem Zimmer heraus war toll. Die Lage ist top. Sind eigentlich Kleinigkeiten wenn man sich als Vermieter kümmern würde, dieses Zimmer zu einem top Erlebnis zu machen. Aber so war es leider aufgrund der oben beschriebenen Ereignisse und des nicht Entgegenkommens eher weniger gut...ich würde gerne nochmal hinfahren jedoch nur bei funktionstüchtiger Küche.

Dunstabzugshaube war defekt. Was die Küche bzw den Glaskasten entweder zu einer Dampfsauna machte oder man macht das Fenster auf und hat binnen Sekunden hunderte von Insekten in der Bude. Auf die Meldung, dass die Haube nicht funktioniert kam keine Reaktion. Da hilft einem der Meerblick auch nicht viel. Als ich den letzten Tag vor Abreise zum Bezahlen kam, sagte Herr Baumann dazu: "oh das hab ich noch gar nicht gelesen, das ist doof, das macht dann 349 Euro" , gar nicht großartig drauf eingegangen, kein Entgegenkommen bei nicht nutzbarer Küche in der Dämmerung. Unmöglich sowas. Die Fenster waren ziemlich vermodert, wurde wohl lange kein Staubwedel mehr verwendet. Irgendein komisches extrem lautes 10 minütiges Geräusch nach jeder Toilettenspühlung war störend.. In der Nacht extrem nervig. Mit Kleinkind nicht empfehlenswert. Kommunikation vor der Buchung lief im Minutentakt...danach wurde die Beschwerde leider "überlesen" eigentlich sehr schade ...
