This family-friendly vacation home, with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional guest restroom, offers plenty of space for up to 10 people, including children. The sunny, fenced-in yard faces southwest and is not visible from the street. An electric awning and patio furniture are, of course, provided. The Boathouse is located on a dead-end street in Timmendorfer Strand; the rear portion of the garden property borders Bäderrandstraße (B 76). The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. A beach chair (available seasonally from mid-May to mid-September) is provided for free use.

On the first floor, there is a spacious living area with a reading nook and a wood-burning stove, a spacious dining area for 8 people, and a modern built-in kitchen equipped with all appliances, including a washer and dryer. Two bedrooms—one with direct access to the terrace and a double bed (180x200), another with a single bed with a pull-out section (160x200)—and a modern, bright shower room are also located on this level. Upstairs, there are 3 additional bedrooms: one with a double bed (180x200) and a crib plus a changing table; one with two single beds (90x200); and another with a single bed with a pull-out (160x200). A spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a separate guest restroom, are available on the upper floor. There are three TVs in the house.
