Die Lage und der Blick auf das Meer egal ob beim Frühstück oder abends bei einem Glas Wein sind unbezahlbar. Auch der Zustand, die Ausstattung und die Aufteilung sind sehr gut. Wir waren im letzten Jahr ein paar Tage in Timmendorf in einer Wohnung mit ähnlicher Lage die in einem deutlich schlechteren Zustand war (bei ähnlichem Preis).
Es gibt keinen Balkon, was aber angesichts der großen Fensterfront mit den zu öffnenden Türelementen eigentlich kein wirklicher Nachteil ist.

Toplage (sowohl zur Strandpromenade als auch zum Strand), Größe und Ausstattung, auch gute Qualität, ruhig, Parkplatz, in der Wohnung barrierefrei
Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Teilweise nicht ganz sauber, z.B. unter den Betten oder in den Ecken; Lattenrost vom Bett teilweise rausgesprungen, Matratzen müssten teilweise mal erneuert werden, Verdunkelungsvorhänge aus der Schiene gerissen-> das müsste regelmäßig gecheckt werden

Die Wohnung war grosszügig, die Küche gut eingerichtet und das Esszimmer mit Sofa war gemütlich und die Aussicht einmalig schön.

Das Haus liegt direkt an der Promenade. Die Wohnung liegt allerdings im Erdgeschoss/Souterrain; der "eigene" Sitzplatz am Parkplatz. Jedoch gab es auch einen Sitzplatz mit Meerblick, den alle benutzen durften. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, der Arbeitsplatz gut ausgeleuchtet. Es war ruhig und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen.
