Fantastic property, easy checkin and great location & service

Superb roof terrace, with fantastic views of the sea. Lovely interior and very comfortable beds.

The kitchen had the basics, but for cooking at home could have been slightly more equipped. But this is minor.

Die Lage ist Top,Top Wohnung.Zum Zentrum ca. 10min Fußweg und 10min Fußweg zum Niendorfer Hafen.Gleich um die Ecke der Strand.Gastgeberin sehr Freundlich und Nett.

Uns fehlt es insgesamt an Niveau in Timmendorf, sind am gleichen Tag wieder abgereist. Auch kulinarisch gibt es maximal

Preis - Leistung passt, modern Einrichtung, alles sauber. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hausverwaltung.

Sehr laute Musik von einer Veranstaltung. Unangenehme andere Gäste im Haus, Diskussionen um den Parkplatz, man wurde genau beobachtet, selbst beim Ein- und Ausladen und zusätzlich wurde es kommentiert.

Toller Kurztrip im Wohlgühl-Wohnung

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Timmendorf und haben uns in dem Apartment “south” sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist komplett und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und die Abwicklung klappte absolut reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank

Eine topmoderne Wohnung an toller Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Von der Terrasse der obersten Wohnung hat man durch die Bäume eine schöne Sicht aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und stimmig eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Die Kücheneinrichtung ist topmodern, aber nicht ganz komplett. So haben wir vergeblich eine Schüssel für Salat oder Teigwaren gesucht.

Gut ausgestattet, gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders gut hat uns der Gaskamin und die Dachveranda gefallen.

Das WLAN funktionierte leider nicht stabil, sodass es nicht möglich war einen Film zu streamen.

Tolle Gastgeberin, tolles Appartement, super Lage. Alles was man braucht zum Relaxen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und die Wohnung hat uns super gefallen. Einfach schön.

Ankommen, sich zu Hause fühlen und genießen

Ruhige Lage, strandnah, neben einen schönem Park. Ortszentrum in ca. 10 Gehminuten über die Promenade gut erreichbar. Unterkunft liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet, großzügige Räume, gut ausgestattet Bad, alles tiptop sauber. Freundliche, unkomplizierte und gastnahe Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Jule. Über die Geburtstagsüberraschung von Jule hat sich meine Partnerin sehr gefreut. Diese Unterkunft ist mit gutem Gewissen weiterzuempfehlen.
