Spend your relaxing Baltic Sea vacation in the holiday home second home! With three bedrooms, this modern apartment can be booked for up to 6 people. The new building was completed in spring 2019, no wishes remain unfulfilled.

The new facility is located on the outskirts of the popular holiday destination Timmendorfer Strand adjacent to the nature reserve around Lake Hemmelsdorfer. The center or You can reach the beach in about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. The center has an attractive and varied promenade with many restaurants, bars and cafés to relax.

Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. The nearby nature reserve around Lake Hemmelsdorfer is ideal for beautiful gas tours away from the hustle and bustle.

The modern and light-flooded apartment extends over two floors. The large living room in the lower area has floor-to-ceiling windows and is ideal as a common lounge for the whole family. The cozy sofa landscape invites you to cozy film evenings and borders on the spacious dining area for six people. The modern kitchenette is right next to it, where you can conjure up culinary highlights. Also in the lower area of the apartment is one of the bedrooms with a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and a spacious wardrobe. You will also find the large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upper floor is divided into two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds (each 1.40 wide). There is also another room with two armchairs, which can be used as a cozy retreat for leisurely reading sessions or for luggage storage. This family-friendly apartment can be easily reached with an elevator.
