Three rooms with a roof terrace offer space for four guests and a dog on two floors. The large separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 width) and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom is the loft, which can be accessed via a staircase access. Here you will find a comfortable sofa bed (1.50 width). The bright living room is equipped with a cuddly couch, a high quality kitchenette and a dining area. From here you get to the furnished roof terrace, which promises many sunny hours thanks to the southern orientation. The modern bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a towel radiator, and the washing machine in the storage room, complete the beautiful apartment. The underfloor heating in the entire apartment ensures the feel-good atmosphere even with fresher temperatures.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir konnten am Anreisetag sehr früh in die Wohnung.
Problematisch ist für ältere Reisende die Lage. Es ist doch recht weit und hügelig bis zur Promenade. In der Nähe der Wohnung selbst ist weit und breit kein Bäcker, Kiosk oder ähnliches, ohne Auto oder Fahrrad ist die Versorgung so schwierig

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr modern und sehr gepflegt. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz und die zusätzliche Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder ist einfach nur perfekt. Mit dem Aufzug kann man aus der Tiefgarage direkt zur Wohnung hochfahren. Wir können die Wohnung voll und ganz weiterempfehlen und würden sie bei einem weiteren Urlaub an der Ostsee noch mal buchen.

Wir waren zu zweit für 4 Tage in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Es waren sehr erholsame Tage, insbesondere konnten wir auf der tollen Sonnen-Terrasse die Seele baumeln lassen und jeden Morgen ausgiebig frühstücken.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wertig eingerichtet und alles ist auf den neuesten Stand.
Den Weg zum Strand haben wir mit schönen Spaziergängen durch den Park verbunden.
Auch die Schlüsselübergabe verlief sehr unkompliziert.
Wir hatten tolle und erholsame Tage, vielen Dank dafür!
