Apartment has lots of space and a very big terrace/garden. It is very clean and well equipped including floor heating. It is also conveniently located near the central square of Timmendorfer strand.

The garage has a bit of an unusual curved drive in and might be tricky for larger cars. Smart switches take a bit of time to figure out and the same goes for floor heating.

Top-Adresse am Timmendorfer Strand

Wir waren zum ersten mal am Timmerdorfer Strand und haben für eine Woche im Ocean House in der Ferienwohnung Herz zu zweit mit Hund gewohnt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Blick auf einen kleinen Park. Die Lage ist absolut zentral, die Ostsee sowie Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

- tolle Penthouse Wohnung , sehr neu - klasse mit Whirlpool und Sauna. - Schlüsselübergabe easy - alles da was man braucht (auch Babybett)

- es war leider nicht so sauber wie man sich das gewünscht hätte - Garage recht klein aber machbar

Die Wohnung (Traum) ist stilvoll und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Wir haben Hans hier jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist für große Fahrzeuge recht eng gebaut.

Sehr gelungener Urlaub am Timmendorfer Strand bei herrlichem Wetter!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in guter Lage mit vielem Komfort! Alles war bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen ( Strand, City, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ).

Ferienwohnung für 6-8 Personen, ein Stellplatz in Tiefgarage?!! Zusätzliche Kosten pro Woche ca. 70 Euro! Kein Sichtschutz am Badezimmerfenster und am Fenster im Saunabereich zu gegenüberliegender Wohnung! Wurde Objektbetreuerin nach Ankunft sofort mitgeteilt, bis Urlaubsende leider nichts passiert.
