Bude 17 - the place to rent at Timmendorfer Strand, Baltic Sea
Amazing house. Great location, fairly central, quiet street, a 2 min stroll to the beach, a 10 min stroll along the promenade to the centre. The other way makes a good walk along the beach to Niendorfer Strand. The house is super comfortable, super clean, and very well fitted with everything you'd want or could possibly need. Amazingly fitted kitchen (has a washing machine too). The bathroom is great, a convenient 2nd toilet on the first floor. The lounge room and dining area are absolutely comfortable. The TV is bigger than mine at home. Excellent heating facilities kept us cosy and warm (it was VERY cold and rained a lot). The bike came in handy for those bakery runs in the morning. You can pedal to Timmendorfer Strand or the other way to Niendorfer Strand. No shortage of bakeries either side. There's no helmet law, so you're good. If I ever go up there again, I will book this property again. Absolutely loved it. A second home from home, no doubt. Wanda, the owner, was very responsive and approachable and friendly. Communicates in English too. Thank you for renting out your beautiful place.

süß eingerichtet, aber nochmal würden wir nicht buchen
Es ist süß eingerichtet und die verschiedenen Drogerie- und Küchenartikel, die man benötigt, sind alle vorhanden + Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Das Dachbodenzimmer ist nicht kindgerecht, die Treppe zu dem Zimmer ist wacklig. Die großen Fenster/Türen in der ersten Etage dürfen nicht geöffnet werden, was natürlich logisch ist, da kein richtiger Boden folgt. Jedoch könnte man diese Fenster mit einem Schlüssel oder ähnlichem versehen, da Erwachsene es zwar lesen können, aber kleinere Kinder in der Regel nicht. Gerade kleinere Kinder kann man nicht kurz unbeaufsichtigt in der Etage spielen lassen, da die Gefahr zu groß ist, dass sie diese Tür öffnen und hinausfallen. Die Kommunikation war mehr als enttäuschend. Wir haben im Sommer gebucht, mit einer bestätigten Abreise am Nachmittag (gegen Gebühr). Das war der Grund, warum wir dieses Haus gebucht haben. Kurz vor Beginn des Aufenthaltes teilte man uns mit, dass es nicht mehr möglich sei, später abzureisen, da die Nachmieter pünktlich anreisen. Wir durften dann 1,5 h (ohne Gebühr) später abreisen, vereinbart waren 4h. Meiner Meinung nach hätte man es mit den Nachmietern klären müssen.

Entspannung in liebevoller Unterkunft
Schöne Unterkunft, sehr liebevoll und persönlich ausgestattet - man fühlt sich von Anfang bis Ende sehr willkommen! Kleine Details (vom Strandkorb über das Brötchenfahrrad, kleine Aufmerksamkeiten zur Anreise bis zum voll ausgestatteten Hauswirtschaftsraum) machen einen absoluten Unterschied.

Bude 17 , erholsame Tage
Die Bude 17 ist sehr gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Alles war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation lief problemlos. Allerdings hat eins der 3 Schlafzimmer keine Tür und muss über eine steile Treppe erklimmt werden. Das sollte man bedenken, sofern ein Problem für jemanden.
