About this apartment rental
We have completely and very high quality renovated our 85 sqm, 3 room maisonette for the 2015 season.
The apartment is located in a quiet, small, very well-kept residential complex.
The way to the beach is about 80 m.
You can park your car free of charge in the associated underground car park.
You will immediately feel at home in our tasteful domicile.
In the lower area there is the high-quality daylight bathroom with an extra-large glass shower and rain shower head.
There is a double washbasin there.
Furthermore, the spacious living room with open country kitchen is on the floor. The living room is presented in a modern country style. A cozy corner sofa and a comfortable dining group create a feel-good atmosphere.
All rooms are bright and friendly.
From the living room you have access to a southwest balcony where you can enjoy the sun from early to late. From there you look out into the garden.
The bedroom has a box spring bed 180x200, from there and from the hallway you get to the second balcony with west orientation.
The sun shines there in the afternoon.
The open, high-quality country kitchen has a microwave, oven and dishwasher.
Sitting at the counter you have a view of the balcony.
A white wooden staircase leads to the upper area.
There is a double bed 180x200 and a single bed 90x200 which can also be pulled out in an emergency.
In the living room there is also a 140x200 sofa bed.
There are 2 flat-screen TVs in the apartment, one with a DVD player.
There is a washing and drying room in the basement of the house, which you are welcome to use.
The central location allows you to leave the car in the in-house underground car park.
This is of course free of charge.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt 3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und bot genügend Platz für uns (fünfköpfige Familie). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, haben die Balkone gut genutzt und konnten alle sehr gut in den Betten schlafen. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz war außerdem sehr praktisch. Für uns ein rundum toller Aufenthalt, den wir unbedingt empfehlen können.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt am Timmendorfer Strand. Die Unterkunft liegt günstig nah am Strand und fußläufig zum Ort und diversen Einkehrmöglickeiten. Es hat alles sehr gut funktioniert und wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. Vielen Dank

Die Wohnung ist ganz nett eingerichtet, aber es ist alles schon ein bisschen alt.
Das Badezimmer ist recht klein.
Die Kaffeemaschine konnte auch ich wohl nicht bedienen, trotz dass sie nur einen Knopf hat.
Wir würden die Wohnung nicht noch einmal mieten.
