Good location

Sadly it was very dusty, we got allergies and we couldn’t sleep. We found dust everywhere and it’s not nice to go on vacation for cleaning. And the answer from the staff was unfriendly (they actually didn’t do anything about that, just left us 2 blankets at the door), although they charge 80 euros for the cleaning. There’s a little garage for bikes and it was full of old stuff and we had to park the bikes over clutter and garden hoses.

Location is perfekt. It’s clean and comfortable. The apartment was new and nicely done.

Expensice for what we got. Very disapointing.

Only two beds were made. The sheets for the third bed were missing, so one of us three had o sleep without sheets. We had to clean the apartment (spiderwebs and the shower)- The communication with the host was not easy either. The host promised to come back to us because of the above inconveniences but didn't yet two weeks after.

Superb

We had a really great stay. The highlight was the location, it is nearly directly on the beach near the centre of town. We had an apartment with a truly amazing view over the sea. The apartment itself was clean with everything needed

Excellent, better than expected

The room was beautiful, and had everything we needed. The view from the room was exceptional. The location could not be better for our needs - right beside the beach, and close to everything in town.

The window and door to the balcony could not be opened, but that was possibly for safety reasons.

Lage war prima, die Unterkunft nicht sauber, kein getrennter Schlafraum und kein Sofa.

Lage

Es gibt keinen getrennten Schlafraum. Es wurde insgesamt vergessen zu reinigen. Die Vermieterin hat uns gefragt, was genau nicht in Ordnung war und ob die Sache, die im Bad auf dem Boden lag, denn nicht von uns sein könne, das fand ich schon frech. Es wurde im Anschluss gereinigt, jedoch eher halbherzig. Kein Sofa, nur Stühle.

Eine Top Unterkunft, direkt am Meer.

Die Ferienwohnung war der Wahnsinn. Schöne große Räume, mit Balkon. Alles sauber. Zentral gelegen, direkt am Meer. Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Diese Unterkunft können wir sehr empfehlen.

Für 3 Nächte war es o.k.

Die Lage war perfekt.Das Bett ist sehr bequem gewesen. Der Empfang war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Für den Preis hätte ich mir mehr vom Zimmer erwartet. Das Bad Regal war nicht gereinigt. Die Plissees sind schmutzig. Nur sehr wenig Meerblick und ungepflegter Balkon.

Es war ein perfekter, wenn auch kurzer, Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage mit kleinem Garten und direktem Zugang zum Strand. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig, hell und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. In der angrenzenden Bäckerei kann man ein tolles Frühstück genießen.

Es gab kein Frühstück, wir haben uns selbst verpflegt, war herrlich auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick... die Stühle und Tische auf der Terrasse hätten ein bisschen sauberer sein können, aber sonst war alles tip top im Apartment.

Super Lage mit Glück kommt man früher rein Saubere Unterkunft gemütlich Personal sehr freundlich

Dusche unten leider undicht hatte ein offenen Spalt Daher ist nach wischen angesagt. Ansonsten Die Lage zum Strand ca 200 m so wie zum Zentrum hervorragend direkt vor der Haustür .

Ein sehr Herzlicher und Freundlicher Empfang von Herrn Baumann, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür , Top Lage , durch den Garten ist man direkt am Strand und zur Vorderseite direkt an der Promenade , Preisleistung ist Perfekt !!!

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder

Eine Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit 2 Toiletten und einem sehr bequemen Bett. Die Nähe zum Strand, einmal durch den Garten und man ist mitten auf der Strandpromenade. Sehr zentrale Lage, Bäcker ist ein Haus weiter, keine 500 Meter entfernt sind familia und Aldi und neben dem Bäcker geht es direkt los mit vielen Boutiquen, Gaststätten und Eisdielen.

Fehlender Sichtschutz zur Nachbarwohnung. Unsere Nachbarn hatten viele Meinungsverschiedenheiten, die sie auch auf dem Balkon austrugen und so waren wir mittendrin statt nur dabei

Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub mit Kind

Die Terrasse, der Ausblick und die Lage der Wohnung waren einfach traumhaft. Auf Anfrage gab es einen Hochstuhl und ein liebevoll hergerichtetes Babybett. Sowohl der Check-in als auch die Schlüsselübergabe am Abreisetag verliefen problemlos. Die Absprachen im Vorhinein waren freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Vielleicht könnte man die Steckdosen mit einer Kindersicherung versehen falls Familien mit kleinen Kindern anreisen.

Ferienwohnung "Frieda"

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage am Timmendorfer Strand - nur durch den Garten und schon ist man an den Dünen und dem Meer. Nebenan ist ein Bäcker und mit ein paar Schritten ist man an der Promenade und in der Stadt mit verschiedenen Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Wohnung Frieda war größer als erwartet, sehr sauber, schön und modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet: Besen, Spülmittel, Tiefkühlfach, Backofen, Handtücher - alles da was man braucht :). Das Bett ist weich, ich fand es sehr bequem. Der Balkon liegt ruhig, führt zum Nachbargarten hin hatte aber kaum Sonne. Eine Sitz - und Grillmöglichkeit ist im gemeinsamen Garten vorhanden, diese haben wir aber nicht benutzt. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus, aber da auch eine Arztpraxis im selben Gebäude ist, kann der auch voll sein. Wir hatten Glück und konnten gleich einen Parkplatz ergattern. Durch etwas späteres Ankommen haben wir telefonisch per Schlüsseltresor eingecheckt - sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Herr Baumann. Wir hatten rundherum einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt :)

Eine Kommode oder Schrank wäre noch schön gewesen, wir haben die paar Tage "aus dem Koffer" gelebt - war aber auch kein Problem. Kissen oder Decken für die Balkonstühle hätte ich mir noch gewünscht, aber das ist wirklich Meckern auf sehr hohen Niveau. Im Großen und Ganzen gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, die Unterkunft können wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen :)

Das Apartment ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und nicht in einem guten Zustand. Die Pflege des Hauses und des Gartens ist mangelhaft. Es fehlt jede Liebe zum Detail - billige Möbel und viele kleine Mängel

Sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung mit abstrichen

Wir hatten die oberste Wohnung mit direktem Meerblick und Balkon. Die Lage ist einfach super, direkt an der Promenade vorne und hinten genau am Anfang der Shopping Meile. Die Wohnung ist schön, der Balkon groß.

Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig. Da ist bei so vielen Wohneinheiten leider immer jemand dabei, der Krach macht. Und das hört mann im ganzen Haus. Die Betten könnten etwas besser sein.
