Great location and furnitured with love

Great Location, the marine atmosphere of the furniture, the attention for my birthday where the staff gave me a surprise gift, the good Internet connection, the kitchen, the bathroom. We also loved that there were a lot of information , magazines,... we loved the story of the brother and sister and the house which used to belong to their family

The blankets are made of sind synthetic material, not very breathable. And the couch is not comfortable at all

Fantastisches Apartment im Zentrum. Die Einrichtung in Topqualität mit viel Liebe zu Details. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. In der Küchenzeile alles vorhanden und gepflegt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten ein großartiges Wochenende!

Wir haben uns in dem Appartement wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen wenn wir an den Timmendorfer Strand wollen. Angefangen von dem sehr sympathischen Schriftwechsel und den hilfreichen Tipps im Vorfeld über die zentrale Lage bis zu der geschmackvollen Einrichtung des Appartements hat uns alles sehr zugesagt. Es fehlte an Nichts und selbst für Kay (Labbi) war gut gesorgt.

Apartment zum Träumen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail.

Die stilvolle Einrichtung mit liebe zum Detail hat uns sehr begeistert, ebenso die herzliche Begrüßung. Keine Wünsche sind offen geblieben, selbst eine kurzfristige Verlängerung wurde schnellstmöglich umgesetzt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war jederzeit möglich. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Ein ganz kleines Manko, ist die Straße. Da die BeachBude mitten im Zentrum vom Timmendorfer Strand liegt, hört man diese bei geöffneten Fenster sehr stark. Hat man diese aber geschlossen, bekommt man kaum etwas mit. Wir haben uns aber bewusst für das Zentrum entschieden, da wir nicht einmal das Auto benötigt haben und das wasser direkt um die Ecke war.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in bester Lage – für hitzeempfindliche Gäste aber nicht ideal

Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt mitten im Zentrum von Timmendorfer Strand – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist modern und sehr sauber. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Hundefreundlichkeit: Es standen ein Napf, Leckerlis und sogar ein Hundebett bereit. Auch für Familien mit Kleinkindern ist bestens gesorgt – mit Babybett, Hochstuhl und etwas Spielzeug. Ein kleiner Fahrstuhl erleichtert den Zugang mit Kinderwagen.

Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die zentrale Lage bringt abends eine gewisse Lautstärke mit sich, was für empfindliche Schläfer störend sein kann. Der Hauptgrund, warum wir nicht wiederkommen würden, ist jedoch die Hitze in der Wohnung. Trotz Einhaltung aller Tipps des Gastgebers und Nutzung eines Deckenventilators war es während unseres Aufenthalts im Mai 2025 mit Temperaturen bis zu 22,8 °C in der Wohnung unangenehm warm. Wir können uns kaum vorstellen, wie heiß es erst im Hochsommer wird.

Lage top, Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht (auch ein tolles Körbchen & Näpfe für den Hund), Einrichtung schön hell

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral eine kleine kurzfristig nutzbare Parkbucht ermöglicht das Ausladen von Gepäck problemlos Das von uns bewohnte Apartment war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Überall sind kleine Details zu finden, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machen Für einen weiteren Urlaub würden das Apartment gerne wieder buchen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut . Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche und vom Badezimmer waren sehr gut. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren inklusive .

Schade das in unserem Zimmer kein Balkon vorhanden war, sowie der Staub auf die Lampen.

Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es für die Ausstattung der Küche. Es gab keine Salatschüssel, Salatbesteck, Schäler und die Kaffeemaschine war etwas schmutzig.

Eine wirklich shübsche kleine Wohnung mit einem tollen großen Bad. Ehe

Die Wohnung ist sehr individuell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Sogar ein eigenes Hundekissen für unsere Hündin gab es. Lage sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig.

Sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtetes Appartement, alles da, was man braucht. Lage super, Supermarkt und Bäcker nur wenige Schritte entfernt, Strand auch keine 5 Minuten Fußweg. Trotz zentraler Lage schön ruhig. Empfehlung mit dem Parkausweis war Gold wert! In allen Punkten 5*!
