The modern 3-room apartment Seestern is located in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand and offers space for up to 4 people on approx. 70 m²
(2 bedrooms with double beds, each 1.80 x 2.00 m.).
Current information: A new house is being built on the neighboring property. We cannot rule out the possibility of occasional noise pollution.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a quiet sun terrace (approx. 20 m²), which faces away from the street. The apartment is very bright and friendly. The town center and the fine Baltic Sea beach can be reached in about 200 meters.

2 separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds, 1 living room with open kitchen, dining area and sitting area, shower room & toilet, large terrace with garden furniture. Features: 2 x LCD TV, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
Other features (free of charge): parking space directly in front of the apartment, large 3-person beach chair on the Baltic Sea beach (approx. Early May - mid September), WiFi connection

Tolle geräumliche Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Lage hinsichtlich Strand, Restaurants und Bäcker und trotzdem ruhig! Ist das Wetter super, braucht man gar nicht in den Süden zu fliegen :)

Wir haben unsere Woche in der Ferienwohnung "Seestern" sehr genossen.
Es war alles sauber und so, wie es in der Beschreibung steht bzw. auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Wir haben nichts vermisst und haben uns in der schönen und modern eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Geschirr war auch ausreichend vorhanden (manchmal ist ja alles genau auf die Personenzahl abgezählt)-schlussendlich haben wir aber kaum selbst gekocht, sondern haben die Restaurants der nahen und weiteren Umgebung besucht. :-)
Die Lage der Wohnung ist fast nicht zu übertreffen: Man ist mittendrin und in wenigen Minuten beim Bäcker, am Strand, im Supermarkt oder im Restaurant. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig!
Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war nett, kompetent und unkompliziert: Da wir wegen eines Staus erst nach der Öffnungszeit angereist sind, wurde der Schlüssel in einem Schlüsselkasten mit Code hinterlegt-auch bei der Abreise konnten wir diesen einfach einwerfen. Das haben wir auch schon anders und komplizierter erlebt.
Ein toller Moment der Woche war der Sonnenaufgang um 5.50 am Strand...aufgrund des kurzen Weges war auch unsere Teenager-Tochter dafür zu begeistern.
Zusammengefasst: Falls wir wieder einmal nach Timmendorfer Strand kommen, spricht absolut nichts gegen einen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung!

Nettes kleines Appartement. Ideal für einen kurz Trip. Super war vor allem, das es einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür gab und einen Strandkorb am Strand.
