Our 2-room apartment with approximately 51.27 sqm of living space is located on the 2nd floor, facing the park side. It is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (sofa bed in the living room serves as a sleeping option for the 3rd and 4th person). It offers a living room and a separate bedroom. The living room includes a sofa and armchair, flat-screen TV with radio, stereo system, dining area for 4 people, and access to a furnished balcony. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. The small, fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, extraction hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. Wi-Fi is free of charge depending on availability. Swimming pool and sauna use is not included but can be added for €15.00 per person per day.
