Modernly furnished on 65 m², the "LUV" apartment offers an immediate holiday feeling on the beautiful Baltic Sea. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and now shines with new equipment. The Villa Demory is kept in a chic, historic Art Nouveau style and is in close proximity to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach (approx. 50 m away). The center of the sophisticated Timmendorfer Strand with various cafes, shops and restaurants is right at your feet.
Dog friendly
Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to take long walks. Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches where your dog can let off steam.

2 rooms with balcony can accommodate 4 guests and a dog. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and a wardrobe. In the living room there is a comfortable couch with a sleeping function (1.60 wide). From here you can access the furnished balcony. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom with a shower and a toilet completes the beautiful apartment. Washer and dryer can be used in the house for a fee.

alles in Ordnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Nur ein paar Meter bis zum Strand. Alles zweckmäßig und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder

An sich ansprechende Wohnung - allerdings mit einigen Abstrichen. Auf dem Balkon steht man unter ständiger Beobachtung der Urlauber aus dem Hotel Flamingo (Straßenseite gegenüber). Ferner ist es draußen sehr laut, daher war ein Schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht möglich. Wohnung zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Bad winzig. Für den üppigen Tagespreis (außerhalb der Ferien) haben wir eine andere Vorstellung gehabt. Wir waren auch überrascht, dass wir den Schlüssel im.Ort Scharbeutz abholen mussten. Warum muss der Urlauber noch ein Umweg für den Schlüssel in Kauf nehmen?
