Just a few meters from the beach, luxury apartment 2.11 is located on the 2nd floor of the "White Pearl" and offers 66 m² of space for up to 4 people and your dog. The apartment features a separate, open-concept bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps two.

You’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area and an adjoining living area. The open-concept living and dining area is complemented by a cozy couch designed to sleep two people. The separate bedroom features a double box-spring bed that can be separated by sliding slatted doors. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower.

Special highlights of the apartment include its own glass-enclosed sauna (2.37 m × 1.19 m) and the furnished balcony, which invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh air! The apartment also comes with an outdoor parking space.


Complex:

The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle,” and each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access concierge services, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.
