About this apartment rental
The magnificent luxury apartment 0.13 on the first floor of the "White Pearl" accommodates 2 (+2) people in 71 m² and features an open-concept bedroom and a sleeper sofa for two people (2 children or 1 child and 1 adult) in the living area.
You’ll find an open, well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area in the living area. There’s also a modern bathroom with a shower. The open living/dining area is complemented by a comfortable sofa that sleeps 2 people (as described above). The separate bedroom, featuring a double box-spring bed, is separated by sliding slatted doors. In addition to smart TVs, the apartment also offers a DVD/Blu-ray player and a SoundTouch® Music System IV/CD/Bluetooth.
The highlights of the apartment are its private sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) and the furnished terrace with a beach chair, perfect for relaxing in the sea air! The apartment includes an outdoor parking space.
And best of all: Your dog is also welcome here, so nothing stands in the way of an unforgettable stay!
Complex:
The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been around since 1994. In 2018–2019, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.
The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.
The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”
Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.
Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.
Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.
Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The lower level also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.
Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Hier kann man gut abschalten und entspannen. Die Ausstattung, die Sauna und die Lage sind top. Gerne werden wir nochmal einen Kurzurlaub hier verbringen.

Wow....das App. 0.15 ist der Hammer. Es ist sehr schick und luxuriös. Wir waren ziemlich geflasht von der geschmackvollen und eleganten Einrichtung und der Aufteilung.Besonders komfortabel fanden wir bei schlechtem Wetter den 2. Fernseher im Schlafbereich, der in die Trennwand eingelassen wurde. Das war wie Kino im Liegen auf dem großen Bett! Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer beeindruckend luxuriösen, schönen sowie gleichermaßen gepflegten Anlage und das in nur 100 Meter Entfernung zum schönen Strand! So eine Highclass-Küche hätten wir auch gerne zu Hause! Das Bad war auch ein Traum...besonders die Regendusche!Wir werden ganz sicher im Sommer wiederkommen, um dann auch die schöne und riesige Terrasse nutzen und genießen zu können! Das Personal im Empfangsbereich ist extrem freundlich und sehr zugewandt! Serviceorientierter geht es nicht!!!Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Danke auch noch einmal für die Apothekengänge und Restaurant-Reservierungen!
