The Beach and the Ocean Right Outside Your Door - Luxury Suite 1.

The spacious luxury suite 1.07 is located on the first floor of the "White Pearl" and accommodates 4 adults and one child in a 92 m² space featuring two separate bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

You’ll find a large, well-equipped kitchenette with an adjoining dining area, as well as a cozy living area with an armchair and a sofa that sleeps one person. There’s also a modern bathroom with a shower equipped with a grab bar. The two separate bedrooms are furnished with double box-spring beds, and one has access to the balcony.

Highlights of the suite include a private sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) and a furnished southeast-facing balcony. The apartment includes an underground parking space. This apartment is barrier-free in accordance with LBO regulations.

Complex:

The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been around since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access concierge services, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which features privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

Thanks to the large windows and the balcony or terrace, you’ll find a light-filled apartment no matter the season—and depending on the location within the building, some even offer ocean views.

As the name suggests, the town of Timmendorfer Strand is located directly on the kilometer-long, white sandy beach of Lübeck Bay.

Timmendorfer Strand is one of Germany’s best-known and most popular Baltic Sea resorts, boasting excellent infrastructure.

The newly redesigned, beautiful promenade offers an impressive variety of attractive leisure activities and exclusive shopping opportunities.

The neighboring Baltic Sea resorts—both to the north (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug, Sierksdorf, Neustadt, Pelzerhaken, Rettin, Grömitz) and to the south (Niendorf, Travemünde)—expand the range of wellness and recreational experiences.

Lübeck (20 km away) and Hamburg (85 km away) are easily accessible by train or car.
